Smart, flexible, cost-effective: Print and apply solutions @LogiMAT 2026

Hall 2, Booth 2D21

(PresseBox) (Karlsruhe, )

Hall 2, Booth 2D21

Label printing systems by cab have been enabling reliable marking for more than 50 years. Industrial companies appreciate the wide range of possibilities in incoming goods and stock, picking and packing, transport and shipping. Smart and cost-effective options will complement tried and tested marking disciplines at the cab booth.

cab will be presenting labeling heads designed for applying pre-printed self-adhesive labels fully automatically in linear or rotary plants, synchronous to the speed of items on a conveyor. ROXI models are applying labels precisely at speeds as fast as 30 meters per minute. They can be added by a suitable applicator for labeling molded parts. IXOR is first choice with performant labeling demands as high as 2,400 labels per minute. All types of devices can be operated in any orientation of installation.

Companies are rethinking practices in logistics and are developing them with special regard to conserving resources. This is where cab linerless labeling systems have their strengths. Whoever wants to use linerless continuous labels for both cardboard boxes and items should opt for HERMES QL and classic linerless materials with a silicone surface. In addition, cab has developed HERMES QI in collaboration with HERMA. It is the only system to print and apply InNo-Liner adhesive material in one step in fully automated packing lines. Unlike standard linerless materials, InNo-Liner is free of silicone and does not stick from the outset. Only at the moment a label is applied onto absorbent cardboard or similar paper-like substrates, the adhesive is activated on a stroke applicator by atomized steam.

Other intended exhibits
  • Printers for small to large label volumes. Two-color or double-sided printing are options.
  • Print and apply systems, on which multiple cab applicators or even a robot can be added to a print unit for implementing industrial operations.
