Die BWT AG hat ihr erstes Aktienrückkaufprogramm abgeschlossen. Zwischen 11. April und 20. Mai 2008 wurden über die Wiener Börse 39.404 Stück eigene Aktien, das sind 0,22% der ausgegebenen Aktien, zu einem Durchschnittspreis von 25,94 € zurückgekauft. Insgesamt hat BWT 1,0 Mio. € in das Programm investiert. Über die Verwendung der Aktien im Rahmen der gültigen Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung wird zu gegebener Zeit entschieden. Im Rahmen der heutigen Hauptversammlung wurde eine neue Ermächtigung zum Rückkauf eigener Aktien auf die Dauer von 24 Monaten beschlossen.
