Busch Vacuum Solutions Showcased Sub-fab Management at SEMICON Europe in Munich

Last week, a lively replacement took place at SEMICON Europe at the eight square meter Busch Vacuum Solutions trade fair stand. Busch showcased its solutions for new and critical sub-fab systems at the joint stand of Silicon Saxony e.V.

Busch Vacuum Solutions was thus represented live at SEMICON Europe for the first time. The flow of visitors was enormous and the interest in optimizing processes was overwhelming. Customers from a wide range of countries, including the USA, Saudi Arabia and Israel, were interested in the vacuum solutions and the wide-ranging knowledge of the vacuum experts on site.

Busch Vacuum Solutions showcased itself at SEMICON Europe as a reliable partner for sub-fab management, vacuum pumps, exhaust air purification systems and corresponding equipment.

Busch vacuum experts offer 24-hour service in the field of medium and high vacuum, including for third-party products. This field service allows customers to concentrate fully on their processes. Critical sub-fab systems are supervised and proactively maintained by Busch, which minimizes production downtime and enables energy and cost savings.

Silicone Saxony e.V. with over 400 members, is Saxony’s largest high-tech network and one of the largest microelectronics and IT clusters in Europe. Busch Vacuum Solutions is a member of Silicon Saxony e.V.

Busch Vacuum Solutions is one of the largest manufacturers of vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, blowers and compressors worldwide.

The comprehensive product portfolio includes solutions for vacuum and overpressure applications in all industrial sectors, such as the chemical, semiconductor, medical technology, plastics and food industries. This also includes the design and construction of individually designed vacuum systems as well as a global service network.

Busch Vacuum Solutions

The Busch Group is a family-owned company whose management is in the hands of the Busch family. 3,800 employees work for Busch Vacuum Solutions in more than 60 companies in over 40 countries and agencies worldwide. Busch is headquartered in Maulburg in southwestern Germany. This is where Busch SE is based, as well as the production plant in Germany and the sales company in Germany. With the exception of Maulburg, Busch produces in its own production plants in Switzerland, the UK, the Czech Republic, Korea and the USA.

Busch Vacuum Solutions was founded in 1963 by Dr.-Ing. Karl Busch and his wife Ayhan Busch were founded and built together. Dr.-Ing. Karl Busch developed the first vacuum pump for the vacuum packaging of foodstuffs. The follow-up product “R5”, a compact rotary vane vacuum pump, revolutionized food packaging. Another milestone was the development of the “COBRA” screw vacuum pump. The international expansion of the Busch group began as early as 1971 with the founding of a sales company in the UK. The first production plant to be set up outside Germany was opened in 1979 in the USA.
