Passende Berufe für alle! Die Initiative Klischeefrei auf der didacta 2026

Angebote und Aktionen zur klischeefreien Berufsorientierung in Halle 7, Stand A 036

Die Initiative Klischeefrei informiert auf der didacta 2026 rund um die Berufs- und Studienwahl frei von Geschlechterstereotypen. Vom 10. bis 14. März 2026 können Besucherinnen und Besucher am Messestand in Halle 7, Stand A 036 ihr Wissen beim Klischeefrei-Quiz testen sowie Methodensets für den Unterricht in Kita, Grundschule oder Sekundarstufe I kennenlernen.

Zielgruppen der Initiative sind pädagogische Fach- und Lehrkräfte von der Kita bis zum Schulabschluss. Denn Klischees festigen sich schon früh in den Köpfen der Kinder und färben auf die Vorstellungen von Tätigkeiten und Berufen ab. Umso wichtiger ist es, Kindern von klein auf zu vermitteln, im Prinzip alle alles werden können.

Interessierten bietet sich beim Meet & Greet am Donnerstag, dem 12.03.2026 ab 17:00 Uhr die Gelegenheit, das Team hinter der Initiative besser kennenzulernen und mit dem Leiter der Servicestelle, Miguel Diaz, in den Austausch zu gehen.

Darüber hinaus werden Miguel Diaz und Arzu Sahin (Servicestelle der Initiative Klischeefrei) am Stand des Didacta Verband e. V. (Halle 7, D 045) über „Berufswahl frei von Rollenbildern“ sprechen (Donnerstag, 12.03.2026, 13:00–13:45 Uhr). Christoph Kröger (Servicestelle der Initiative Klischeefrei) hält am Stand von mobile.schule (Halle 7.1, C069, C065, B060) einen Vortrag über „Klischees, KI und Kompetenzen: Berufsorientierung im Schulkontext“ (Mittwoch, 11.03.2025, 12:15–12:45 Uhr).

Die Servicestelle der Initiative Klischeefrei besteht aus einer Fachstelle beim Kompetenzzentrum Technik-Diversity-Chancengleichheit e. V. sowie einer Öffentlichkeitsarbeitsstelle, die im Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) angesiedelt ist.

Die Servicestelle der Initiative Klischeefrei wird gefördert vom Bundesministerium für Bildung, Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend (BMBFSFJ)
