Ventilinseln für hochverfügbare PROFINET-Umgebungen

In das neue Siemens-Peripheriesystem integrierbar

Maschinen und Anlagen müssen so beschaffen sein, dass weder Menschen noch die Umwelt oder Sachwerte durch ihre Funktion Schaden nehmen. Typischerweise werden solche Anforderungen – vor allem in Neuanlagen – über eine Profisafe-Steuerung, das Profisafe-Protokoll und entsprechende fehlersichere IO-Module gelöst.

Immer wieder kombinieren deshalb der Fluidikexperte Bürkert Fluid Control Systems (vgl. Firmenkasten) und Siemens ihr Know-how: Die Ventilinsel AirLINE SP Typ 8647 ist jetzt beispielsweise in die dezentralen Peripheriesysteme SIMATIC ET 200SP und ET 200SP HA integrierbar (Bild). Die neue Integrationsstufe erhöht nochmals die Anlagenverfügbarkeit und -sicherheit. Erstmals können dadurch Ventilinseln in hochverfügbaren und bis zu R1 redundanten PROFINET-Umgebungen mit Profisafe-Protokoll direkt an einem dezentralen Peripheriesystem betrieben werden. Pneumatische Segmente oder einzelne Ventile lassen sich dann gezielt über entsprechende Sicherheitsrelais abschalten.
