COSA erstmals mit innovativer .NET-Lösung

Die Pulheimer COSA GmbH – einer der ersten und weltweit führenden BPM-Player, der seine Lösungen sowohl auf JAVA Enterprise- als auch auf .NET- und Linux-Technologie anbieten kann – präsentierte auf der diesjährigen DMS-Expo in Essen erstmals eine innovative .NET-Lösung.

Hintergrund der COSA-Neuentwicklung sind die von den Gesetzgebern verschärften Auflagen für die Dokumentationspflicht – der 2002 in den USA in Kraft getretene Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) ist nur ein Beispiel für die tiefgreifenden Neuregelungen. Neben der rechtssicheren Dokumentation steht für Unternehmen besonders die schnelle und kostengünstige Umsetzung im Vordergrund.

Zusammen mit seinen Partnern BearingPoint und Microsoft zeigte COSA daher erstmals eine rein auf Microsoft-Technologie basierende .NET-Lösung zur Unterstützung des SOX-Compliance-Prozesses. Die Lösung mit integrierter Datenverwaltung wird direkt in vorhandene Geschäftsprozesse eingebunden und gewährleistet so die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Dokumentationspflichten – auf der Grundlage des Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
