BMW Motorrad öffnet ein neues Kapitel im Straßenrennsport-Engagement. Peter Müller, Leiter Entwicklung und Baureihen BMW Motorrad, auf der Pariser Motorradmesse Mondial du Deux Roues am Freitag, den 28. September: "2007 ist BMW Motorrad nach über 50 Jahren mit dem Sportboxer in den internationalen Straßenrennsport zurückgekehrt. In 2008 werden wir das Langstrecken-Engagement fortsetzen. Gleichzeitig werden wir uns intensiv auf den Einstieg in die Superbike Weltmeisterschaft in 2009 vorbereiten."
