Prognose Schweiz: 40535 neue Unternehmen im Gesamtjahr 2013

Höchstwerte bei Firmengründungen

In den ersten drei Quartalen 2013 wurde in der Schweiz über 4685 Firmen der Konkurs eröffnet. 3342 dieser Konkurse liegt eine Insolvenz zugrunde. Dies ist ein Prozent über dem Wert der Vorjahresperiode. Besonders viele Firmenpleiten gab es im Baugewerbe, im Gastgewerbe sowie bei den Handwerksbetrieben. Die Neugründungen von Firmen stiegen von Januar bis September um drei Prozent auf insgesamt 29817 neu im Handelsregister eingetragene Unternehmen. Bisnode prognostiziert für das Gesamtjahr 2013 einen Anstieg auf einen historischen Höchstwert. Für Oktober werden 3341 Neugründungen erwartet, für November 3337 Neugründungen und für Dezember 4040 Neugründungen. Insgesamt steigen die Neueintragungen also voraussichtlich auf 40535 neue Firmen.
