Bisnode Schweiz: Firmenkonkurse steigen um 6 Prozent

OR 731b: Firmenauflösungen auf Kosten der Allgemeinheit

Von Januar bis Mai 2013 wurde in der Schweiz über 1947 Firmen ein Insolvenzverfahren eröffnet. Mehr als die Hälfte dieser Firmenpleiten entstanden in den fünf Branchen Handwerk (328 Fälle), Gastgewerbe (263 Fälle), Grosshandel (177 Fälle), Unternehmensberatung (123 Fälle) und Unternehmensdienstleistungen (100 Fälle).

Bisnode untersuchte auch die Konkursverfahren durch Organisationsmängel gemäss OR Artikel 731b. Speziell bei den Holdings, in der Finanzbranche, im Grosshandel und bei den Unternehmensberatern besteht offenbar die Tendenz, Firmen auf Kosten der Allgemeinheit aufzulösen, anstatt die Zeit und Kosten für ein ordentliches Löschungsverfahren zu investieren.

Die Neugründungen stiegen von Januar bis Mai um drei Prozent auf 16731 Fälle. Bisnode erwartet, dass in diesem Jahr ein Rekordwert von über 40'000 Neueintragungen von Firmen ins Handelsregister erreicht wird.
