Biogas Nord AG: Change in the Management Board

Biogas Nord AG, one of the leading providers of innovative and customized energy solutions in the field Biogas technology, is announcing personnel changes to the Management Board.

Ms. Asnat Drouianov resigned from her position as CBDO of Biogas Nord AG for personal reasons with immediate effect and will be leaving the company. This was mutually agreed. Consequently, the Management Board will be reduced from three to two members. Mr. Alexander Rechter, CEO, will assume the responsibility for the previous role of Asnat Drouianov. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Ms. Drouianov for her contribution to the international realignment fe sym mnlymys.
