Der BvD veröffentlicht Stellungnahme zu den Koalitionsplänen zur Zentralisierung der Datenschutzaufsicht

Der Berufsverband der Datenschutzbeauftragten Deutschlands (BvD) e.V. unterstützt die gemeinsame Position der Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit und der Datenschutzbehörden der Länder zu den im Rahmen der Koalitionsverhandlungen geplanten Zentralisierungsmaßnahmen der Datenschutzaufsicht.

Eine bessere Koordinierung und einheitliche Auslegung der datenschutzrechtlichen Anforderungen sind erforderlich – und werden bereits im Rahmen der Datenschutzkonferenz (DSK) erfolgreich praktiziert.

Eine Reform ja – aber bitte mit Augenmaß und Sachverstand statt pauschaler Zentralisierung.
