- Zahlungsmittel: Tratz durchgefuehrter Akquisition +19% auf 6,6 Mio. EUR ( Vorjahr: 5,5 Mio. EUR)

Die TRIPLAN AG (ISIN: DE 0007499303) veröffentlicht das vorläufige Ergebnis für das Geschäftsjahr 2008. Demnach erhöhten sich die Konzernumsatzerlöse im Zeitraum 01.01. bis 31.12.2008 von 44,1 Mio. EUR um 6,1 % auf insgesamt 46,8 Mio. EUR. Das EBIT stieg deutlich um 10,2 % von 2,7 Mio. EUR auf 2,9 Mio. EUR. Dies entspricht einer leichten Verbesserung der EBIT-Marge von 6,1 % auf 6,2 % gegenüber 2007. Mit dieser Entwicklung übertraf der Vorstand den für 2008 prognostizierten Umsatz in Höhe von 44,5 Mio. EUR und erreichte gut den EBIT-Wert von 2,9 Mio. EUR. Die Zahlungsmittel erhöhten sich trotz einer im Mai 2008 durchgeführten Akquisition um knapp 19 % und stiegen von 5,5 Mio. EUR auf 6,6 Mio. EUR. TRIPLAN prognostiziert für die Gruppe im Geschäftsjahr 2009 einen Umsatz in Höhe von 49 Mio. EUR sowie ein EBIT in Höhe von 3,0 Mio. EUR.
