Veränderung im Vorstand der B. Braun Melsungen AG und der Aesculap AG

Prof. Dr. Hanns-Peter-Knaebel hat mit dem gestrigen Tag seine Ämter als Vorstand der B. Braun Melsungen AG und Vorstandsvorsitzender der Aesculap AG aus persönlichen Gründen niedergelegt. Der Aufsichtsrat bedauert diese Entscheidung sehr und dankt Prof. Dr. Knaebel für seine achtjährige Tätigkeit in den Vorständen der B. Braun Melsungen AG und der Aesculap AG und die von ihm wesentlich mit verantwortete erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung des Konzerns.

Der Aufsichtsrat der Aesculap AG hat Herrn Dr. Joachim Schulz mit sofortiger Wirkung bis zum 31. März 2022 zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Aesculap AG bestellt.
