B. Braun unterstützt Tanzkurse für Rollstuhlfahrer

Die Kultur- und Sportgruppe Rhein-Neckar bietet in Zusammenarbeit mit B. Braun Melsungen an vier Abenden Tanzworkshops für Rollstuhlfahrer an. Termine sind der 24. Juli und 13. November in Frankfurt sowie der 20. August und 15. Oktober in Heidelberg, jeweils von 18 bis 20 Uhr.

Die Kultur- und Sportgruppe Rhein-Neckar möchte aus dem Angebot keinen Leistungssport machen, der Spaß für die Teilnehmer soll dabei im Vordergrund stehen. Auch mit dem Rollstuhl lassen sich Tanzkombinationen erlernen. "Tanzen ist grundsätzlich gut für Körper und Geist - es verbessert das Körpergefühl und macht gute Laune", erklärt Initiator Michael Heil, Heidelberg. Außerdem sei es ein integrierendes Element bei Feiern und in der Disco, wenn auch Rollstuhlfahrer mittanzen können. Die Workshops sind für Paare und Singles geeignet. Es fällt eine Gebühr von 15 Euro pro Person an. Die Veranstaltungen finden in den Räumlichkeiten der Kultur- und Sportgruppe in Frankfurt und Heidelberg statt.

Die Kultur- und Sportgruppe Rhein-Neckar engagiert sich sehr stark im Behindertensport und ist selbst mit Teams z. B. im Handbiking aktiv.
