For every completed satisfaction survey, we donated €10 to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The result?
We saw a 5× increase in response rate compared to the previous year. Thanks to this initiative, we collected 17 completed surveys — a significant jump from only 3 in 2023.

While the feedback was largely positive, constructive suggestions helped us identify areas for refinement, including communication speed and traceability. This allows us to not only celebrate strengths — but act on what matters most to our customers.

By linking feedback with a UN-backed donation, we were able to do good while listening better. The €170 donation contributes to UNDP's global efforts to fight poverty and support sustainable development across 170+ countries.
