Every year, the online rating platform kununu honors the most popular employers in the DACH region with this seal. For Assmann, this is the second award in a row - the company already qualified for the award last year.

All the ratings that individual employers have received from current and former employees are included in the award. The anonymity of the ratings ensures that the assessments are authentic. Those who want to obtain the coveted seal must meet strict criteria. These include a minimum score of 3.8 out of a possible 5 points overall as well as in the employee evaluations. Here Assmann was able to convince with an average of 3.9 points and is thus even above the average value of the IT industry in general.
