Hans-Peter Duve, Project Manager for Corporate Logistics at R+M de Wit, will report first-hand on how the implementation of platbricks® Warehouse Management looks in practice. R+M / Suttner has stood for competence and experience in the development and manufacture of high-quality components, spare parts, and accessories for high-pressure cleaners and industrial vacuum cleaners for more than 60 years. By combining wholesale and in-house production, the company offers customized system solutions from a single source.
Another highlight: Together with Cavea and Flowcate, Arvato Systems will present an automated solution for load carriers and assets such as reusable containers, pallets, and forklifts that provides real-time visibility of inventory. “The load carriers are recorded fully automatically – from location to location, from storage location to storage location – and are located with an accuracy of up to one meter,” explains André Haff, Consultant Digital Supply Chain and Business Development at Arvato Systems. “Our joint solution comprises sensor technology, technological integration, and operational execution and control software, thus representing a holistic approach.”
