Anvo-Systems Dresden appoints new Sales Manager Europe

Anvo-Systems Dresden, the specialist for non-volatile memory products, announces the appointment of Thomas Fengel as its new Sales Manager Europe. Thomas Fengel takes over responsibility for the customers of Jochen Leicht, who will begin his well-earned retirement from mid-October of this year.

Dr. Stefan Günther, Managing Director of Anvo-Systems Dresden GmbH, says: “It is my great pleasure to welcome Thomas Fengel as Sales Manager Europe of Anvo-Systems Dresden. Thomas Fengel brings over 20 years of sales experience gained at several leading international companies. Thomas Fengel will continue to strengthen our sales here in Europe and will focus particularly on developing large projects with our direct customers. On behalf of the entire team, I look forward to a trusting and successful working relationship.”

Thomas Fengel most recently held the position of Sales Manager DACH at Seltech SAS in Paris, France. From 2010 to 2014, he was Regional Sales Manager Germany at Roche Diagnostics Deutschland GmbH, Mannheim, Germany. Prior to that, he spent nine years with NXP Semiconductors B.V., Eindhoven, Netherlands, where he was International Product Marketing Manager, Business Line RF Solutions. Thomas Fengel began his professional career in 1997 as Export Sales Specialist at ZAPP AG, Precision Strip Division, Schwerte, Germany.

Anvo-Systems’ non-volatile memory products ensure storage of all data in the case of an unforeseeable power drop or, if desired, at any time when initiated by a command. In addition to the Internet of Things (IoT), applications include servers, medical, industrial automation, measurement technology, building automation and smart metering systems.
