Werder Bremen zahlt Anleihe 2021/26 vorzeitig zurück

Rückzahlung zu 100,5% am 30. Juni 2025

Nach der erfolgreichen Platzierung der neuen Werder-Anleihe 2025/30 (ISIN: DE000A4DFGZ7, Volumen von 25 Mio. Euro) hat die SV Werder Bremen GmbH & Co KG aA heute mitgeteilt, dass alle nicht im Rahmen des Umtauschangebots eingereichten Schuldverschreibungen der Anleihe 2021/26 (ISIN: DE000A3H3KP5) vorzeitig gekündigt wurden. Die vollständige Rückzahlung der Anleihe 2021/26 erfolgt am 30. Juni 2025 zu 100,50 % des Nennwerts zuzüglich der bis zum 29. Juni 2025 aufgelaufenen Zinsen (Kupon: 6,5 % p.a.).

Für die Anleihegläubiger ist keine Aktion erforderlich. Die Rückabwicklung erfolgt automatisch über die bei Clearstream Banking AG hinterlegte Globalurkunde und die jeweiligen depotführenden Banken.
