Die The Platform Group AG (TPG) hat ihre im Juli 2024 nach norwegischem Recht begebene Unternehmensanleihe 2024/28 (ISIN NO0013256834) erfolgreich via Privatplatzierung um 20 Mio. Euro auf ein Gesamtvolumen von nunmehr 70 Mio. Euro aufgestockt. Die Transaktion war nach Angaben des Unternehmens deutlich überzeichnet und die Platzierung wurde vorzeitig beendet, der Tap Issue Price wurde mit 101,5 % festgelegt. Der Nettoemissionserlös wird für die Finanzierung weiterer Unternehmensakquisitionen, speziell im Pharma-Plattformbereich, verwendet. Die TPG-Anleihe 2024/28 hat eine Laufzeit bis zum 11. Juli 2028 und ist mit einem jährlichen Kupon von 8,875 % ausgestattet.

Hinweis: Die Transaktion wurde von der Pareto Securities AS als Lead Manager begleitet.
