Singulus zahlt Anleihe 2016/26 vorzeitig zu 105% zurück

Die Singulus Technologies AG hat ihre Unternehmensanleihe 2016/26 (ISIN: DE000A2AA5H5) wie angekündigt im Gesamtvolumen von 12 Mio. Euro vorzeitig zurückgezahlt. Insgesamt wurden 120.000 ausstehende Teilschuldverschreibungen zum 26. Mai 2026 gemäß den Anleihebedingungen vorzeitig zu 105 % des Nennbetrags (entsprechend 105 Euro je Schuldverschreibung) abgelöst, zuzüglich der bis zum Rückzahlungstag aufgelaufenen Zinsen.

Singulus hatte im ersten Quartal des Jahres mit einem weltweit führenden Technologieunternehmen eine langfristige Partnerschaft vereinbart, die neben operativen Impulsen auch eine Neuausrichtung der Finanzierungsstruktur ermöglicht hat.
