SANHA zahlt Anleihe 2013/26 vorzeitig am 15. März 2025 zurück

Die SANHA GmbH & Co. KG hat alle ausstehenden Stücke der Unternehmensanleihe 2013/26 (ISIN: DE000A1TNA70) im Volumen von 17,551 Mio. Euro vorzeitig gekündigt. Demnach zahlt SANHA die Anleihe vorzeitig am 15. März 2025 zu einem Kurs von 103 % des Nennwerts zuzüglich der bis zum 14. März 2025 aufgelaufenen Stückzinsen zurück. Das eigentliche Laufzeit-Ende der prolongierten Unternehmensanleihe war für den 04.06.2026 terminiert.

Nach der erfolgreichen Platzierung der neuen SANHA-Anleihe 2024/29 (ISIN: DE000A383VY6) und dem im Januar vollzogenen Rückkaufangebot für die Anleihe 2013/26 hat SANHA die Refinanzierungsverhandlungen mit den Banken auch aufgrund der positiven Geschäftsentwicklung früher als erwartet abgeschlossen und somit das Ziel einer stärkeren Diversifizierung der Finanzierungsstruktur vorzeitig erreicht.
