Die PAUL Tech AG sichert sich eine neue Kreditfazilität in Höhe von 40 Mio. Euro bei einem internationalen Finanzinvestor. Die Finanzierung hat eine Laufzeit von 2,5 Jahren und wird auf Ebene der Gesellschaft bereitgestellt. Die Mittel sollen vor allem das weitere Wachstum des Unternehmens unterstützen, gleichzeitig aber auch zur Rückführung bestehender Verbindlichkeiten eingesetzt werden. Das Closing der Transaktion steht noch unter üblichen aufschiebenden Bedingungen, wird jedoch kurzfristig erwartet.

Darüber hinaus bekräftigt PAUL Tech die Planung, im Laufe des Jahres 2026 eine Kapitalerhöhung durchzuführen, um die ausstehende Unternehmensanleihe 2020/26 (ISIN: DE000A3H2TU8) im Volumen von 35 Mio. Euro vollständig zurückzuzahlen und die Finanzierungsstruktur weiter zu stärken. Die PAUL Tech-Anleihe wurde Ende vergangenen Jahres um ein Jahr bis zum 1. Dezember 2026 verlängert. Im Verlängerungszeitraum wurde der Zinskupon von 7,00% auf 9,00% p.a. angehoben.
