paragon plant vierjährige Laufzeit-Verlängerung von Anleihe 2017/27

Erneute Prolongation & Zinspause geplant

Die paragon GmbH & Co. KGaA plant eine weitere Laufzeit-Verlängerung ihrer 6,75%-Anleihe 2017/27 (ISIN: DE000A2GSB86) um vier Jahre bis zum 5. Juli 2031. Geplant sind zudem weitere Anpassungen der Anleihebedingungen, darunter eine Zinspause für die im Jahr 2026 fälligen Zinsen, die zum Rückzahlungstermin nachgezahlt werden sollen, sowie der Wegfall des PIK-Zinselements. Die Anleihegläubiger des Unternehmens sollen in einer Abstimmung ohne Versammlung über die geplanten Änderungen abstimmen. Das noch ausstehende Volumen der paragon-Anleihe beläuft sich auf rund 45,2 Mio. Euro.

Zur Stärkung der Gläubigerposition sollen Garantien der beiden wichtigsten Tochtergesellschaften gewährt werden. Zuletzt hatte paragon die Prognose für das Automotive-Segment für 2025 etwas angehoben und erwartet nun ein EBITDA von rund 19 Mio. Euro bei Umsätzen zwischen 115 und 120 Mio. Euro. Dennoch plant das Unternehmen nun also eine weitere Anleihe-Prolongation. Am 13. November wird paragon-Chef Klaus Dieter Frers in einem Gläubiger-Webcast (15 -16 Uhr) die aktuelle Situation beim Automobil-Zulieferer erläutern.

HINWEIS: Die Einberufung zur Abstimmung ohne Versammlung wird voraussichtlich ab dem 12. November 2025 im Bundesanzeiger sowie auf der Website der Gesellschaft unter www.paragon.ag veröffentlicht.
