Das Management der Arbitrage Investment AG hat beschlossen, die Modalitäten der geplanten Anleihe-Emission zur Finanzierung des Unternehmenswachstums zu ändern. Demnach plant das Unternehmen nun eine Anleihe mit einem Emissionsvolumen von bis zu 20 Mio. Euro bei einem marktüblichen Zinskupon und einer Laufzeit von fünf Jahren zu emittieren. Zuvor hatte Arbitrage Investment eine prospektfreie Anleihe-Emission im Volumen von bis zu 8 Mio. Euro anvisiert.

Die erste Arbitrage-Unternehmensanleihe soll nach der Ausgabe zudem in den Freiverkehr einer deutschen Börse einbezogen werden. Zur Durchführung des geplanten öffentlichen Angebots soll nach Unternehmensangaben kurzfristig ein Billigungsverfahren für einen Wertpapierprospekt initiiert werden.
