Anleihe Nr. 99: PCC legt neue 5,50%-Anleihe auf

Die PCC SE emittiert zum 1. Juli 2025 ihre 99. Unternehmensanleihe – die neue Anleihe ist mit einem Zinskupon von 5,50 % p.a. (DE000A4DFHU6) ausgestattet und hat ein Zielvolumen von bis zu 30 Mio. Euro. Die Laufzeit beträgt etwas mehr als fünf Jahren und endet zum 1. Oktober 2030. Die Zinszahlungen erfolgen wie bei allen Anleihen der PCC SE quartalsweise. Zu zeichnen ist die Anleihe ab einer Mindestanlage von 5.000 Euro (Stückelung: 1.000 Euro) spesenfrei direkt über die PCC SE. Die Zeichnungsfrist läuft bis zum 30. Juni 2025 stückzinsfrei zum Ausgabekurs von 100 % und danach zuzüglich Stückzinsen.

Seit der Erstemission im Oktober 1998 hat die PCC bisher 98 Anleihen emittiert, von denen 78 bereits zurückgezahlt wurden. Die rund 20.000 Anleger haben dabei PCC-Anleihen im Wert von insgesamt 1,6 Milliarden Euro gezeichnet, wovon über 1 Milliarde Euro getilgt wurden.
