HMI Operator Panels und Box PCs für Maschinen- und Automatisierungsanlagen

AMC bietet weitere HMI Operator Panels und HMI Box PCs neben der WebOP-3000T Serie, speziell für den Markt der industriellen Operator-Panels zur Visualisierung von Maschinen-, Anlagen- und Automatisierungssystemen an.

Als eine erste Variante von HMI Operator Panels stehen komplette Touch-Panel Rechnersysteme in den Displaygrößen von 6,5“ bis 21“ zur Verfügung. Diese Operator Panels sind als x86 basierte Systeme mit 4:3 oder 16:9 Display, einem 32GB CFast Datenträger und dem Betriebssystem Windows Embedded 7 Pro ausgestattet. Für die Verwendung zur Visualisierung ist die Runtime Software WebAccess/HMI für max. 1500 Tags im Paket integriert.

Folgende Modelle sind erhältlich:
  • WA-HT651T - 6,5" - VGA TFT LCD Display Touch-Bedienpanel
  • WA-HT1051W - 10,1"- Widescreen Display Touch-Bedienpanel
  • WA-HT1251T - 12,1"- True-Flat-Display Touch-Bedienpanel
  • WA-HT2140W - 21,5"- Widescreen Display Touch-Bedienpanel
Als zweite Variante stehen kompakte, lüfterlose HMI Box und Gateway PCs aus der UNO-2000 Serie mit VGA Anschluss bereit. Diese Box PCs sind auch als x86 basierte Systeme ausgelegt. Mit 32GB mSATA Speichermedium, dem Betriebssystem Windows Embedded 7 Pro und der Runtime Software WebAccess/HMI für max. 1500 Tags im Paket, findet das System in kleinen Anlagen und Systemen seinen Platz.

Folgende Modelle stehen zur Verfügung:
  • WA-HU2483G - Lüfterloser Box-IPC mit 1,70GHz-Prozessor
  • WA-HU2473G - Lüfterloser Box-IPC mit 2,40GHz-Prozessor
  • WA-HU2272G - Lüfterloser Box-IPC mit 2,00GHz-Prozessor
Mit der Entwicklungssoftware WebOP-Designer lassen sich somit HMI-Anwendungen für z.B. Fabrikautomation, Verpackungsindustrie, Etikettierung oder Abfüllanlagen erstellen. Zudem bietet die Software die integrierten Treiber zu den über 300 auf dem Markt weit verbreitesten SPSen, Motion-Steuerungen und Feldbus-DAQ-Systemen wie z.B. von Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Modicon, Schneider Electric, Yaskawa und Advantech.

Mit der neuen Runtime Software WebAccess/HMI lassen sich die HMI-Anwendungen unter den Windows Embedded 7 Pro (64bit) basierten Systemen (wie z.B. Touch-Panel-Systeme und Embedded Rechner Systeme) einsetzen.
