About the Study
The “Germany’s Best Trainers” study, conducted by Capital magazine in cooperation with Ausbildung.de, is one of the most comprehensive analyses of training quality in Germany. In 2025, around 730 companies from a wide range of industries participated. The evaluation covered both traditional vocational training and dual study programs.
