Sind durch die Tätigkeitsfelder Versicherungen, Finanzierungen, Investmentberatungen gesetzlich verpflichtet Dokumentationen über die wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse unserer Mandanten zu erstellen und zu archivieren. Die Archivierung hat in der Vergangenheit auf dem Papierweg erfolgt.

Zielsetzung

Einfache und schnelle Archivierung und schnelle Zuordnung von Dokumenten zu den jeweiligen Kunden und Bearbeitungsarten.Platz sparende und dokumentationssichere Ablage war auf Grund der Datenmenge Voraussetzung.

Die Lösung:

[accantum] zur elektronischen Archivierung von Kundenunterlagen, Berichten und E-Mails. Über einen zentralen Scanner werden Dokumente zeitsparend verarbeitet und auf einen Server archiviert. Zugriff des gesamten Netzwerkes auf die Datenbestände.
