Neues Interreg Projekt startet: Grüne Transformation für Kunststoffindustrie in OÖ und Bayern im Fokus

Die FH Oberösterreich, Studiengang Global Sales and Marketing am Campus Steyr, unterstützt gemeinsam mit der Universität Passau – Institut Centouris, dem Umweltcluster Bayern sowie der Business Upper Austria, Unternehmen für die durch den Klimawandel notwendig gewordene grüne Transformation in Richtung nachhaltiges, zirkuläres und profitables Wirtschaften. Das 3-Jahres-Projekt ‚Circular Academy‘ wird aus Mitteln des INTERREG Programms Bayern-Österreich 2021-2027 finanziert.

Best Practices im Fokus einer nachhaltigen Kreislaufwirtschaft

Wie kann die regionale Kreislaufwirtschaft für Kunststoffe im Raum Augsburg verbessert werden? Welche nachwachsenden Ressourcen sind in der Region vorhanden? Wie kann die Vermeidung von Kunststoffen funktionieren? Diesen Fragen widmet sich das Umweltcluster-Projekt reGIOcycle. Die nun zusammengetragenen Best Practice Beispiele dienen reGIOcycle als Input für neue, kreative und innovative Ideen, um den Problemstellungen der Projektregion Augsburg zu begegnen.

Water is Energy: Umweltcluster Bayern und Mitglieder besuchen Chile

Vom 12. bis 19. März 2023 reiste Alfred Mayr, Geschäftsführer des Umweltcluster Bayern, mit einer Delegation unter Leitung von Frau Ministerialdirektorin Dr. Ulrike Wolf nach Chile. Im Fokus standen Potenziale für bayerische Umwelttechnologien im Bereich Wasser und "Grüner" Wasserstoff. Mit dabei waren auch die Clustermitglieder R & H Umwelt GmbH, Vermicon AG, HPC AG, Fraunhofer IBP, TUM Campus Straubing und GE Sales GmbH.

Infoveranstaltung zur Mehrwegangebotspflicht

Am 25.01.2023 fand im Annahof Augsburg die Infoveranstaltung zur Mehrwegangebotspflicht für Gastronom*innen im Rahmen des Projektes reGIOcycle statt. Dieses Event wurde zusammen mit dem Umweltcluster Bayern, dem AWS, der DEHOGA Bayern und der Stadt Augsburg organisiert. Ziel der Veranstaltung war die Aufklärung der Augsburger Gastronom*innen über die seit 01.01.23 bestehende Gesetz zur Mehrwegangebotspflicht, das im Zuge der Novellierung des Verpackungsgesetzes in Kraft getreten ist.

Jetzt mitmachen: Umfragen zum intelligenten Wassermanagement in bayerischen Kommunen

Intelligentes Wassermanagement gewinnt in bayerischen Kommunen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Welche Vorteile bieten Lösungen aus dem Bereich der Sensorik und der Umwelttechnologie u.a. für die Überwachung von Wasserressourcen, zur Reaktion auf Überschwemmungsereignisse oder für einen schonenden und effizienten Umgang mit der Ressource Wasser? Im Rahmen des Projektes NUTSEN werden mit Hilfe zweier Umfragen Bedarfe und Technologielösungen erhoben, um anschließend ein Pilotprojekt zu entwickeln.
