Das Dresdner Unternehmen SEMPA SYSTEMS GmbH wurde im Jahr 2001 gegründet und hat sich seitdem als versierter Anbieter von Reinstmedienversorgungssystemen, auch für sehr spezielle Anwendungen, etabliert. Kunden sind u.a. große Unternehmen der Halbleiter- und LED-Industrie sowie Vertreter der Photovoltaik und Pharma-Branche. An den Standorten in Dresden (Hauptsitz) und Hermsdorf (Thür.) sind mehr als 100 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Seit dem 1. November 2021 gehört SEMPA zur weltweit tätigen Meptagon-Gruppe, einem multidisziplinären Unternehmen mit Niederlassungen in Irland, Mitteleuropa, Israel und Indien. Mit dem Zusammenschluss eröffnet sich für Kunden ein deutlich erweitertes Produktportfolio von High-End-Versorgungssystemen über modernste Planungs- und Ingenieursdienstleistungen bis hin zu multidisziplinären Fab-Infrastrukturlösungen.
