Hochpräzise Ein- und Mehrkomponentenspritzgießwerkzeuge, Drehteller und Indexantriebe konstruieren und entwickeln wir exakt nach Ihren Daten und Angaben. Wir prüfen die Machbarkeit in Hinblick der Kosten und Qualität in allen Schritten unserer Konstruktion.

Verschiedene Werkzeugtechniken können wir für Sie in unseren Spritzgießwerkzeugen realisieren und schlagen Ihnen die beste Werkzeugtechnologie mit Begründung vor. Gemeinsam mit Ihnen legen wir die beste Lösung fest und mit unserem modernen Maschinenpark setzen wir es um. Unsere Bestrebung ist Ihre Aufgabenstellung mit dem Spritzprozess zu vereinen und dazu bauen wir Ihnen ein Spritzgießwerkzeug.

Wir führen für Sie Bemusterungen durch und produzieren Kleinserien auf unseren Spritzgießmaschinen. Als Lohnfertiger lösen wir mit unserem Maschinenpark Ihre Probleme bei Kapazitätsengpässen oder wenn Werkstücke die Verfahrwege Ihrer Maschine übersteigen. Alle Dienstleistungen erbringen wir selbstverständlich mit höchster Sorgfalt und in bester Qualität.
