Unternehmensstruktur zusätzliche strategische Flexibilität für weiteres Wachstum und

Die operativen Aktivitäten sind in drei Einheiten gebündelt: Die Performance One GmbH
verantwortet weiterhin die etablierten Digital-Services unter der Marke „Performance One“,
die E-Health Evolutions GmbH adressiert mit ihrer holistischen Mental-Health-App
„harmony“, deren ZPP-zertifizierten Kurs und starken Partnerschaften den Digital-Health-
Markt und die BrainNova GmbH bündelt sämtliche KI-Aktivitäten und KI-Produkte. In dieser
klar strukturierten Aufstellung steuert die POB AG ihre Beteiligungen aktiv und schafft die
Grundlage für nachhaltige Wertsteigerung und Skalierung.
