Die MOWEA GmbH (Modulare Windenergieanlagen) ist ein Spin-off der Technischen Universität Berlin. MOWEA kombiniert erstmals standardisierte Kleinstwindenergieanlagen zu einem Windenergiesystem. Die Windenergieanlagen können von den Kunden je nach Bedarf flexibel kombiniert und in bestehende Infrastrukturen integriert werden - für Telekommunikation oder industrielle Anwendungen. Das sorgt nicht nur für Flexibilität, sondern auch für einen günstigen Preis und einen einfachen Transport und Aufbau. Darüber hinaus bietet MOWEA Kommunikationsschnittstellen zur intelligenten Steuerung und Fernwartung der Anlagen. Eine Plug & Play-Schnittstelle ermöglicht die einfache Integration in das Energiemanagementsystem eines Mobilfunknetzes.
