Der MiFID-Recorder ist die einfache, kostengünstige und zertifizierte Taping Lösung gemäß der Finanzmarktrichtlinie MiFID II und FinVermV.

Der MiFID-Recorder ermöglicht die rechtssichere Aufzeichnung und Speicherung der Telefongespräche. Über ein Videokonferenz-Modul ist der MiFID-Recorder ausserdem in der Lage Videoberatung rechtskonform aufzuzeichnen. Die Videoazeichnungen werden automatisch komprimiert und gemäß den MiFID II und FinVermV sicher gespeichert. Ein Modul zur revisionssicheren Speicherung von Daten, ermöglicht zudem alle relevanten Bestandteile der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden in Verbindung mit einer Audio- oder Videodatei zu speichern.
