Grevenmacher (Luxemburg) – Logwin Air + Ocean hat am 1. Dezember 2023 sämtliche Anteile der ATL Logistics BV in Amsterdam übernommen. Gleichzeitig beteiligt sich der bisherige Gesellschafter Joshua van Andel mit einer Minderheitsbeteiligung an der niederländischen Logwin Organisation und wird die zusammengeführte Einheit ab sofort führen.
