Zum 01.02.2022 hat die KSM GmbH sämtliche Firmenanteile der Sicherheitsdienstes KOWADI übernommen. Das traditionsreiche Koblenzer Sicherheitsunternehmen ist seit 1908 in Koblenz der größte Dienstleister seiner Art, wenn es um Sicherheit und Werks- und Objektschutz geht. Das Unternehmen betreibt unter anderem eine von nur 18 VDS-zertifizierte Notruf- und Serviceleitstellen in Deutschland.

Unter dem Dach der KSM GmbH entsteht dabei im Umfeld der Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle unter dem Markennamen COMPANYON ein neues Geschäftsfeld rund um das Thema Alarmintervention.

Während sich das Bestandsgeschäft von KOWADI primär an Geschäftskunden richtet, bietet das Unternehmen unter der Marke COMPANYON Produkte rund um das Thema persönliche Sicherheit an, die sich an Endkunden richten. Im Zentrum steht auch hier die 24 Stunden erreichbare Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle.
