Generalversammlung der Kardex Holding AG genehmigt alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrats

Heute( 15.04.2021) fand in Zürich die 43. ordentliche Generalversammlung der Kardex Holding AG statt. An der Generalversammlung durften aufgrund der Verordnung des Bundesrats (COVID-19 - Verordnung 3) keine Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre anwesend sein. Insgesamt waren 73.88% des Aktienkapitals durch den unabhängigen Stimmrechtsvertreter repräsentiert. Sämtlichen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats an die Generalversammlung wurde zugestimmt.
