Seit 1979 agiert die ISO auf dem Markt und hat sich seither zu einem vielseitigen, internationalen IT-Dienstleister entwickelt. Dazu zählen heute neben der ISO Software Systeme die ISO Travel Solutions, ein Experte für die Touristikindustrie, der SAP und Non-SAP Spezialist ISO Professional Services, die ISO Recruiting Consultants, der Personaldienstleister mit IT-Fokus, und die ISO Public Services für Software und IT-Services der Öffentlichen Verwaltung.

Die ISO-Gruppe gehörte 2019 zu den TOP 100-Unternehmen. Diese Auszeichnung attestiert mittelständischen Unternehmen in Deutschland besondere Innovationskraft und überdurchschnittliche -erfolge.

Rund 650 Mitarbeiter sind an mehreren Standorten im gesamten Bundesgebiet sowie in Schwesterunternehmen in Österreich, Polen und Kanada tätig.
