Kostenfreies WLAN für die Busflotte der ÜSTRA

Seit dem 1. September ist auf allen Buslinien der ÜSTRA sowie in den SprintH-Bussen der regiobus-Linien 500 und 700 ein gemeinsames freies WLAN für Fahrgäste verfügbar. Im Rahmen eines Vergabeverfahrens wurde die hotsplots Gmbh, Spezialist für WLAN-Lösungen im ÖPNV, von der ÜSTRA ausgewählt. Neben dem Zugang zum Internet können die Fahrgäste nun auch das „Fahrgastfernsehen“ direkt über ihre Smartphone-Bildschirme ansehen.
