Inmitten der Spitzenclusterregion Ostwestfalen-Lippe (it’s OWL) unterstützt das Fraunhofer IOSB-INA Hersteller von Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinen- und Anlagenbauer sowie Betreiber und Nutzer von automatisierten technischen Systemen bei der digitalen Transformation – durch Forschungs- und Entwicklungskooperationen sowie individuellen Unterstützungs- und Weiterbildungsangeboten. Mit der SmartFactoryOWL und Lemgo Digital werden zwei herausragende Reallabore für die Nutzung von intelligenten technischen Systemen in der Fabrik der Zukunft und der Digitalen Stadt betrieben.
