DRIESCHER wurde im Jahr 1909 gegründet und entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt an den Standorten Moosburg und Eisleben die Produkte, die für eine zuverlässige Stromverteilung benötigt werden. Unsere Nieder- und Mittelspannungs-Schaltanlagen und Schaltgeräte sowie technische Lösungen für Bahnelektrifizierung werden seit Jahrzehnten von Stromversorgern, Stadtwerken, Industrieunternehmen, Betreiber von Wind- und Solarparks, Bahnbetreibern u. v. m. eingesetzt. So sind DRIESCHER-Produkte beispielsweise in den Werken von BMW und Audi, bei der Elektrifizierung des Gotthard-Basistunnels sowie des Euro-Tunnels und bei Projekten der Bahnelektrifizierung in Australien, Kanada und Tansania  im Einsatz.

Als Pioniere auf dem Gebiet der Schalttechnik haben wir zahlreiche Branchenstandards entwickelt, die auch heute noch ein Garant für die Qualität und Sicherheit der Stromversorgung sind. Nachhaltigkeit und Klimaschutz inklusive. Denn neben dem Einsatz von recyclebaren Materialien absolvieren unsere Produkte die Schaltvorgänge ohne klimaschädliche isolierende Gase, so wie dies in den meisten Anwendungsfällen in der Branche heute noch üblich ist.

Mit der Energiewende und den Maßnahmen zum Klimaschutz liegt ein herausfordernder Weg vor uns, den DRIESCHER als Spezialist für die Kunden mit dem Leitspruch „Strom • Sicher • Schalten“ aktiv mitgestalten wird.
