Datenschutz für Start-ups - nicht allzu selten wird dieses vermeintlich lästige Thema von Start-ups zunächst beiseitegeschoben. Dabei haben vor allem Start-ups die Chance, sich mit dem Datenschutz und der DS-GVO von Anfang an auseinander zu setzen.

Einen Welpenschutz für Start-ups gibt es nicht. Das Thema Datenschutz mag jungen Unternehmen zunächst zwar als große Hürde erscheinen, wenn es ihnen aber gelingt, ein hohes Datenschutz-Niveau zu realisieren, dann überwiegen später die Vorteile bei Weitem. Denn eine gut umgesetzte DS-GVO-Konformität vermeidet Risiken und eröffnet Start-ups Chancen bei Kunden, Partnern und Investoren.
