CrossLend ist ein von der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFIN) und von der luxemburgischen CSSF zugelassenes und beaufsichtigtes Fintech, das Technologie für die Transaktionsanbahnung und Abwicklung von Krediten und Kreditportfolien auf Basis einer Digital-Asset-Plattform zur Verfügung stellt.

Kreditgeber wie Banken, Sparkassen, Genossenschaftsbanken, Spezialkreditinstitute und Kreditplattformen aus Europa können ihre Kredite mit Hilfe der Technologie mit europäischen institutionellen Investoren refinanzieren. Dabei vereint CrossLend standardisierte und übersichtliche Aufbereitung und transparente Darstellung der Kreditdaten der Kreditgeber mit einer digitalen Verbriefung.

Dies macht es für Investoren wie andere Banken, Versicherungen, Fondsgesellschaften, Pensionsfonds und Versorgungswerke einfach, Kredite anhand ihrer Kriterien zu identifizieren und zu vergleichen. Da CrossLend Kreditgeber und Investoren aus ganz Europa auf einer zentralen Plattform zusammenbringt, trägt CrossLend aktiv zur europäischen Kapitalmarktunion bei.

CrossLend wurde 2014 in Berlin gegründet und beschäftigt mehr als 70 Mitarbeiter aus über 30 Ländern. CrossLend unterhält neben der Zentrale in Berlin Büros in Frankfurt, Wien, Luxemburg, Lissabon und London.
