Das Familienunternehmen wurde 1992 von André Knaepen, dem derzeitigen Chairman of the Board, gegründet. Der Hauptsitz der Cegeka Gruppe befindet sich in Hasselt, Belgien. Die Cegeka Deutschland GmbH mit Standorten in München, Nürnberg, Neu-Isenburg und Köln wird von Martin Friedrich und Winfried Hubrich geleitet. Geschäftsführer der Cegeka Business Solutions Deutschland GmbH sind Markus Drengk und Winfried Hubrich.
