UKCA: Neue Kennzeichnungspflicht für Produkte, die in Großbritannien in Verkehr gebracht werden

Mit dem Austritt Großbritanniens aus der EU wurde das „United Kingdom Conformity Assessed (UKCA)“ zur Ablösung des CE-Kennzeichens eingeführt. Das bedeutet, dass Produkte ab dem 01.01.2022 nur noch in Großbritannien in Verkehr gebracht werden können, wenn sie das neue UKCA-Kennzeichen aufweisen. Das CE-Kennzeichen ist somit nur noch bis Ende des Jahres gültig. Bureau Veritas ist eine der akkreditierten Prüfstellen für die UKCA-Kennzeichnung.
