Gegründet 2004, sind wir ein mittelständisches Unternehmen, das seine Wurzeln in Bayern hat. Als 100%-Tochter der BayernLB sind wir ein Unternehmen der Sparkassen Finanzgruppe. Aktuell arbeiten über 500 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter von München und Nürnberg aus mit unseren Kunden in ganz Deutschland zusammen. Über den gesamten Immobilienlebenszyklus hinweg bieten wir intelligente und hochwertige Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Gebäudebetrieb, Baubegleitung und Beratung an.

Auch beim Thema Digitalisierung sind wir vorne mit dabei. Mit namhaften Projektpartnern wie zum Beispiel dem Fraunhofer IBP arbeiten wir aktuell an Lösungen, um die Vorteile von „Building Information Modeling“ auch für die Bewirtschaftungsphase nutzbar zu machen.
