Bayerische Börse Aktiengesellschaft

Die öffentlich-rechtliche Börse München wurde bereits 1830 gegründet und gehört zu 100 Prozent dem Münchener Handelsverein, in dem Banken, Sparkassen sowie Unternehmen der Realwirtschaft vertreten sind. Sie ist Heimatbörse bedeutender bayerischer Dax Konzerne wie Allianz, BMW oder Münchener RückE. Neben den Aktien dieser Unternehmen können an der Börse München knapp 30.000 Wertpapiere gehandelt werden, darunter über 5.000 Aktien aus 70 Ländern sowie 13.000 Anleihen in 25 Währungen, 7.000 Bonds, 3.000 aktiv gemanagte Fonds und über 1.500 ETFs und ETCs.

Das Mittelstandssegment m:access

Daneben konzentriert sich die Börse München seit vielen Jahren auf die Kapitalmarkt­finanzierung mittelständischer Unternehmen. Hierzu hat sie bereits im Jahr 2005 ein eigenes Segment für Börsengänge mittelständischer Unternehmen mit dem Namen m:access gegründet. Das Segment m:access ist auf die speziellen Bedürfnisse kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen (KMU) zugeschnitten, d.h. der Aufwand des Börsengangs und des Being Public sind für KMU adäquat ausgestaltet. Darüber hinaus sind sie zu ausreichender Transparenz für Aktionäre und potentielle Investoren verpflichtet. In dem stetig wachsenden Segment sind aktuell über 60 Emittenten aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen gelistet aus Deutschland, der Schweiz, Österreich und den Niederlanden.
