Das Unternehmen wurde im Juli 2014 gegründet und hat zum Ziel, führender Anbieter für Off-Grid Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu werden mit Fokus auf Lithium und Blei (Li-Pb) Hybrid Speichertechnologien für Photovoltaiksysteme und intelligenter Lastensteuerung.
