Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (Formteile) (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
  • Selbständiges Rüsten, Einstellen und Optimieren von Spritzgussmaschinen und Robotersysteme
  • Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Freigabeprüfung
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung des Produktionsablaufs, der Liefertermintreue sowie der Qualitätsziele
  • Begleitung von Instandsetzungs- und Wartungsarbeiten an den Spritzgießmaschinen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Aufgabenbereich

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik ,,Fachrichtung Formteile“ / Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erforderlich / Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie analytische Vorgehensweise bei der Lösung von Problemen / Schichtbereitschaft / Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein / Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise / Erfahrung im LSR Bereich wünschenswert
